~ Sheri LoPinto ~
Sheri has been dancing since 1986. Her award winning style has earned many trophies. She was invited to become a member of her
studio’s competition team when she was 10 years old. At age 11, Sheri choreographed a solo routine that took first place against
teacher choreographed routines. She became a teacher's assistant at age 12 & taught classes until she graduated. Sheri continued
taking classes & even had a few other teaching jobs before opening Expressive Movements in 2014. Having the opportunity to share
her love of dance with her studio family is truly a dream come true!!

~ Hallie Bortz ~
Hallie has been dancing at Expressive Movements since its first year. She joined the competition team in 2017, as well as, becoming a
dance helper the same year. At age 17, she began to teach classes & continues to teach today. At age 20, she began teaching
competition dances. That same year, she received a "Young Choreographer's Award" at Spirit of Dance for one of her dances. Hallie
has recently graduated with her BA in Political Science with a minor in German Language Studies.

~ Katie Flower ~
Katie has been dancing since the age of two & is excited to share her love of dance with all of her students here at EMDS. She
became a competitive dancer at the age of 10. In 2018, she began sharing her love of dance as a helper & has been teaching &
choreographing since 2021. Currently, she is pursuing an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education at Lehigh Carbon Community
College with a plan to pursue dance education in the future.

~ Lexi Sparrow ~
A proud alumni of EMDS since 2014, Lexi has been dancing for 14 years & has been a dedicated member of the competition team since 2018
Over the past 8 years, she has assisted classes & choreographed multiple routines. Lexi is trained & experienced in a variety of styles
bringing both strong technique & creativity to every class she teaches. Currently attending Kutztown University for Microcellular
Biology, Lexi is passionate about mentoring young dancers. She is excited to continue sharing her love of dance as part of the EMDS family.
